Welcome to VMOSDesk. VMOSDesk is operated by Minical International Limited ("we", "us"). Please read and agree to this User Agreement before using our products and services; by using VMOSDesk, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in full.
Service Description
VMOSDesk provides a free Windows remote desktop control service. We may update or adjust service features from time to time.
Acceptable Use
You must use the service lawfully and must not use VMOSDesk for unauthorized access, infringing others' rights, or any illegal activity.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and device authorization details, and for actions taken through your account.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of major changes via the website or in-app notices; your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your country/region, to use this service. If you are a minor, please use it with the consent and supervision of a guardian.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or the service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may submit it to a competent court in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
